We offer turnkey construction solutions in the field of building construction, civil engineering and infrastructure facilities. One of the key strengths of Akhil Indo Infrastructures is to implement large-scale integrated urban infrastructure development. In this we undertake infrastructure projects of varying size and complexity, covering the complete spectrum of services from feasibility stage to conceptual planning, detailed engineering, construction supervision and project management.

The turnkey process followed by us

Project Management

Documentation, budgets, administration, construction management, progress control, detailed schedules, cost control and co-ordination with client are focused mainly in the project management. This allows us to be very polyvalent in the projects that we can do.

Engineering
Our department of engineering designs each project by considering the vendor drawings, relevant construction drawings and specifications including idiosyncrasy, practical limitations and the climatic exigencies of each place and develop a quality plan.

Procurement of material
Our purchasing department evaluates the quotations and supervises the despatched materials. We developed good relationships and do maintain the same with several suppliers in order to take the control of fluctuating prices.

Construction
Our construction crews are formed by local manpower (labour) that is supervised by our highly specialized engineers. We assign engineers to each project depending of the language skills and experience that they have in each territory. This insures the correct flow of information and good relationship with the local manpower.

Quality Assurance
We use the advanced technology and materials of the best quality, inspect the bought out items and sub-contractors facilities.

All this allows us to complete our projects faster than the traditional construction methods. Our great experience enables us to ensure that our projects will be finished in the contracted time and cost.
